Narinj Homs is a mixed-use residential development organized around a clear, human-scaled urban structure that prioritizes community life, walkability, and spatial clarity. The masterplan arranges residential buildings along the perimeter, framing a generous central courtyard that acts as the social and environmental heart of the project. Vehicular access and parking are kept to the edges, allowing the interior to function primarily as a safe, pedestrian-friendly domain. A hierarchy of building heights introduces visual variety and urban legibility, with landmark buildings anchoring key corners and lower-rise volumes reinforcing a domestic scale. Communal facilities, leisure spaces, and landscaped areas are centrally located to encourage daily interaction among residents. The project integrates residential, retail, and leisure functions into a cohesive neighbourhood that balances privacy with collective life, creating a resilient and livable urban block for Homs.
