Lusail Resort, Doha
Lusail Spa and Hotel is a beachfront hospitality destination conceived as a seamless dialogue between architecture, landscape, and the sea. The masterplan adopts a gently curved form that embraces the shoreline, framing a protected inner promenade while maximizing uninterrupted sea views. A continuous colonnaded base defines the public realm, creating shaded walkways, arrival courts, and social terraces that mediate between the beach and the hotel interior. Guest rooms are layered above in a rhythmic façade, balancing openness to the horizon with privacy and human scale. The project is anchored by a central spa and wellness core, conceived as a calm retreat embedded within the overall spatial flow rather than a detached facility. Landscape, water features, and soft transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces shape a relaxed, resort-like experience throughout. Rooted in regional architectural language and contemporary hospitality standards, Lusail Spa and Hotel offer a dignified waterfront landmark that combines leisure, wellness, and coastal living into a cohesive architectural experience.
